Hey, you have to tell me how you did this. I downloaded all that stuff and tried to figure it out the other day. (Of course, I didn't try very hard.) :)
yes, it is a little confusing, but here are the steps: open up Hello, drag your picture in it from your desktop, and there's a button you can click to send it to Blogger. If you want to put a picture in your profile, put it in your regular blog first, then right click and copy the URL of the picture, paste it into your profile, and delete photo from blog.
